At THEVID CERAMICA, manufacturing is not just a process — it's a philosophy. Our state-of-the-art facility in Morbi combines the finest Italian and German production technology with the skill of experienced ceramic craftspeople to produce tiles of unmatched quality.
Our Morbi manufacturing campus spans a fully integrated production facility — from raw material testing through to final packaging. Every machine, every process and every person is aligned to one goal: the perfect tile.
Every THEVID CERAMICA tile passes through eight precision-controlled stages before it reaches you. Zero shortcuts. Zero compromise.
Premium quality clays, feldspars and silica are sourced from certified mines. Every raw material batch is tested in our in-house lab for plasticity, granulometry and chemical composition before entering production.
Selected raw materials are precisely weighed and wet-milled in continuous ball mills for 14–18 hours to achieve the ideal particle size distribution. The resulting slip is spray-dried into a free-flowing powder body.
The powder body is pressed at 350–450 kg/cm² in fully automatic Sacmi PH presses — producing a perfectly flat, uniform green tile with consistent thickness and dimensional precision across every single piece.
After drying at 150°C, tiles pass through our Kerajet HD digital printing lines. Photorealistic designs — marble veins, wood grains, stone textures — are printed with 400+ dpi precision using specialized ceramic inks.
Tiles travel through 100-metre Siti B&T roller kilns, reaching a peak temperature of 1200°C. This vitrification process creates tiles with near-zero water absorption (<0.5%), maximum hardness (≥8 Mohs) and permanent colour stability.
Fired tiles undergo computer-controlled rectification — precision cutting on all four sides to ±0.1mm tolerance. This ensures perfect grout joints and seamless installation for large format tiles.
Every batch is graded through our 14-point QC system: dimensional check, surface defect scan, warpage test, breaking strength, water absorption, chemical resistance and colour matching. Only Grade A passes.
Approved tiles are sorted by shade and caliber, then packed in export-grade foam interleaved cartons and wooden crates. Each pallet is shrink-wrapped, labelled and documented for domestic or international shipment.
We invest in the best production technology available — sourced from Italy, Germany and Spain — so every tile delivers precision, beauty and lasting performance.
Our production capacity and operational scale reflects our commitment to meeting demand across India and 40+ export markets without compromising on quality.
Every batch of tiles undergoes our comprehensive quality inspection before it is graded and approved for dispatch. Only tiles that pass all 14 checks are classified as Grade A and shipped to customers.
