Every tile that leaves our Morbi factory is packaged to withstand the rigours of road, sea and air freight — whether it's travelling across India or to the other side of the world.

Individual Tile Interleaving
Every tile separated by PE foam sheets — prevents surface scratches and edge chipping.

Double-Wall Corrugated Boxes
450+ kg/sqm crush resistance. Moisture-resistant coating. Grade A tiles only — clearly labelled by shade & caliber.

ISPM-15 Treated Pallets
Heat-treated wooden pallets meeting international phytosanitary standards for all export shipments.

Stretch Wrap & Corner Guards
Full pallet stretch-wrapping with cardboard corner angles for edge protection during stacking and transit.

Silica gel desiccant bags placed inside containers to prevent moisture damage during long sea voyages.

How We Pack

4-Layer Protection System

Every tile shipment passes through four protective packaging layers — from individual tile interleaving to secured container loading.

Individual Tile
Each tile is protected by a foam interleaf or PE foam sheet between tiles — prevents chipping and surface scratching during transit.

Export Carton Box
Corrugated double-wall cardboard boxes (minimum 3-ply) with crush resistance of 450+ kg/sqm. Box dimensions match tile size.

Wooden Pallet
Tiles are stacked on ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets. Corners protected with cardboard angles. Stretch-wrapped in clear LLDPE film.

Container Loading
Pallets are strapped and braced inside the container. Anti-slip matting placed under pallets. Desiccant bags added for humidity control.
