Triple-Certified for Global Trust

THEVID CERAMICA holds three of the most rigorous international quality certifications — giving our customers the assurance that every tile meets the highest global standards.

ISO 13006
International Ceramic Tile Standard
ISO 13006 is the internationally recognised standard for ceramic tiles, covering all aspects of tile quality including dimensions, surface quality, water absorption, breaking strength, thermal shock and chemical resistance.
Dimensional accuracy — length, width, thickness, straightness
Water absorption classification (Group BIa < 0.5%)
Modulus of rupture & breaking strength minimums
Thermal shock resistance & frost resistance
Chemical resistance to domestic & pool chemicals
Surface quality grading and defect classification
CE Marking
European Conformity Certification
The CE mark confirms that THEVID CERAMICA tiles comply with all relevant European Union health, safety and environmental directives — a mandatory requirement for tiles sold in EU member states and widely accepted globally.
Compliance with EU Construction Products Regulation
Declaration of Performance (DoP) for all tile types
Resistance to slip (DCOF / R-rating for outdoor)
Release of dangerous substances compliance
Factory Production Control (FPC) audit passed
Third-party verified testing laboratory results
TUV Rheinland
Technical Safety & Quality Certification
TUV Rheinland is one of the world's most respected technical certification bodies. Our TUV certification covers quality management systems, product safety, manufacturing process controls and ongoing production audits.
Quality Management System audit & certification
Product safety and performance verification
Annual manufacturing facility inspection
Supply chain quality assessment
Documented corrective action process
Internationally recognised mark of technical trust

14-Point Quality Inspection

Every batch of THEVID CERAMICA tiles is tested against 14 parameters before grading. Only tiles that pass every single checkpoint are classified as Grade A and approved for dispatch.

In-House Testing Lab

Our dedicated quality testing laboratory in Morbi is equipped with industry-standard instruments for every ISO 10545 test parameter. We do not outsource quality — we own it.

Every raw material, semi-finished tile and finished product is tested in our in-house lab by trained quality technicians. Results are logged, tracked and maintained for full traceability on every production batch.

How We Grade Every Tile

After the 14-point inspection, every tile is classified into one of three grades. THEVID CERAMICA ships Grade A only to all customers — no exceptions.

A
Grade A — Premium
Perfect in every parameter. Zero visible defects. Dimensions within ±0.5% tolerance. Water absorption below 0.5%. Colour matched within ΔE < 1.5. Full structural integrity. This is what THEVID CERAMICA ships — always.
✓ What We Ship to Customers
B
Grade B — Commercial
Minor surface variations or slight shade deviations that do not affect structural performance. Suitable for utility applications. THEVID CERAMICA does not dispatch Grade B under standard orders.
Not dispatched under standard orders
C
Grade C — Seconds
Visible defects, dimensional non-conformance or failed structural parameters. These tiles are rejected and recycled back into raw material — never sold under the THEVID CERAMICA name.
Rejected & Recycled — Never Sold
