What we collect
When you use our calculator or forms we collect the details you enter — name, mobile number, area, and optional item details — plus technical data such as IP address, browser and the page you came from (including campaign parameters).
Why we use it
- To call or message you about your enquiry and schedule a home visit.
- To complete KYC and payment if you sell (PAN, address proof, bank details), as required by Indian law.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, communication, analytics) and with authorities where the law requires.
Retention & your rights
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to serve you and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected].
