Gold Value Calculator — know your price before you sell
To calculate the value of old gold, multiply the net weight in grams by the purity (0.916 for 22K, 0.75 for 18K) and by today's 24K rate per gram (₹15,150 in Mumbai right now). A buyer then pays a percentage of that value — our payout is 97%.

Calculate your gold's value
Enter the total weight — stones, lac or wax are deducted at the visit.
Final offer after purity test & net weighing at your home. Making charges & GST are never part of any buyer's price.
How the calculator works
- Weight — enter the total weight if you don't know the net weight. At the visit we deduct stones, lac and wax.
- Purity — check the stamp: 999 = 24K, 916 = 22K, 750 = 18K. Unsure? Pick "Not sure" to see a range.
- Rate — today's live 24K Mumbai rate is applied automatically.
- Payout % — the share of gold value we pay, shown openly so you can compare buyers.

Why your final price may differ
- Real purity tested at your home may be higher or lower than the stamp (common on old or repaired pieces).
- Stones, enamel, lac or wax are removed from the weight.
- The gold rate moves during the day; the rate at the time of the visit applies.

Calculator FAQs
How accurate is the gold value calculator?
The calculator uses today's live rate and standard purity factors, so it is accurate for the gold content you enter. The final offer can differ if the real purity (tested at your home) or the net weight after removing stones is different from what you entered.
Should I enter weight with or without stones?
Enter the total weight if you do not know. During the visit we weigh the gold separately, deduct stones, kundan, lac or wax, and price only the gold.
What if I do not know the karat of my jewellery?
Choose "Not sure". Look for a stamp like 916 (22K), 750 (18K) or 999 (24K) on the clasp or inner side. If there is no stamp, our purity test will tell you the exact purity at home.
Do I have to share my phone number to see the estimate?
No. Unlike many sites, our estimate appears instantly. Share your number only if you want to book a free home visit.
Is the calculator estimate a guaranteed price?
It is an estimate. The guaranteed offer is given after purity testing and weighing at your home, using the rate at that moment.
